At Home Care with a Heart, our Mission is to provide permanent, premium, reliable, and professional in-home care teams to  Houston area families who desire the very best support for their elderly parents.  

We aim to serve a select, small group of families, who wish to support their parent's wishes in their golden years for premium quality personal care  -  if only they could find a permanent team of carers to provide this level of care in the comfort, familiarity, privacy, and safety of their own homes

Our founder is Jocelyn Mullagh.  Jocelyn has focused her career on working directly with families to recruit, train, lead, and manage permanent 24/7 in-home care teams. She is very well regarded by these families for her empathy, her single-minded focus on her senior's physical and mental well-being, and her team leadership skills.  

• We assign permanent care teams to each family
• Jocelyn Mullagh has committed to serving no more than six families which will allow her to spend meaningful personal time developing customized care plans, onboarding each new client, monitoring the client's care, and in ongoing liaison with family members 
• Use of state-of-the-art home-care software with a family portal
