Jocelyn is a graduate of Wharton Junior College. After beginning her career in skilled nursing facilities, she transitioned to in-home care. In the five years prior to
founding Home Care with a Heart, she led and managed private 24/7 care teams for families throughout the Houston area."

Jocelyn oversees every aspect of your loved one's care, from planning and caregiver selection to daily monitoring and family communication.
She pre-meets with clients and their families before developing a personalized care plan, then hand-picks caregivers to match her client’s needs and temperament
She provides the first or day or two of care personally, reviews daily care logs and drops in on site frequently.
She stays in regular communication with her clients’ families and is proactive in suggesting changes and modifications in care plans
Out of hours, Jocelyn takes calls from caregivers and families and often makes unscheduled visits to manage a live issue
Jocelyn is well-connected in the Filipina care team community in the Houston area and has been successful in recruiting care team members who share her values.
