 Jocelyn and the team she recruited are a blessing to our family

  Jocelyn is extremely attentive to our parent’s needs, both physical and mental......... She can calm our mother in her more difficult moments 

  She encourages our parents to stay engaged, leads physical sessions with them, and helps them stay properly groomed, dressed, and fed......... She does all she can to keep them engaged with our family so that they are happy.

 Mrs. Mullagh’s responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a 7/24 care team for our parents........Our Mother, 91, has Parkinson's, and our father, 96, has mild dementia. Both are a constant fall risk.   

Mrs. Mullagh is excellent at communicating with me and my sister, our parent's wants and needs and their physical and mental condition. She keeps meticulous notes on their daily condition  

  Jocelyn demands that everyone on our parent’s care team delivers the same level of care she does, and is quick to take corrective action to ensure excellent care is provided around the clock
